We are based in rural Suffolk, UK, just outside Bury St Edmunds. We do not have a physical store to visit and unfortunately our HQ is not open to the public.

Our Suffolk, Aldeburgh, Orford and Chelsworth Fedoras are all made from the same hat mould, they are all easy going styles which suit all face shapes.

Our Thurlow Trilby has a shallower crown than our Fedoras and a narrower brim.

Please order before 12pm Monday to Thursday to receive your order the next working day. If you order after 12pm on a Thursday you will receive your order on the following Monday (or Tuesday if it falls over a bank holiday weekend).

All hats bought via our website come in a box which can be doubled up for storage. All packaging we use is 100% recyclable.

Our bags and belts cost £5.95 to gift wrap, all hats cost £9.95 which can be added via the product page. A handwritten message can also be added free of charge. If the gift is being sent direct to the recipient, we will not enclose the invoice with pricing details, just the returns/exchange paperwork. 

We sell e-cards (a code will automatically be emailed to you/the intended recipient). We also sell hard copy gift cards which can be posted. You can purchase either option here.

All cards are available in £10, £25, £50 and £100. Please do contact us if you would prefer another specific amount and we can arrange this for you.

Unfortunately we are not able to cover customs or duties that may be payable on your order if you live overseas. 

Please choose the size you wish to order from the drop down menu on the product page, if it is out of stock a pop up will appear in the footer prompting you to input your email address. If you provide your email address, you will automatically receive a notification the moment the item is back in stock.  

We advise to keep away from direct sunlight and heat when storing as this may cause it to misshape or discolour.

We recommend using a lint clothes roller to remove any dust or dirt. For stubborn marks, a damp sponge can be used or alternatively a hat brush. If dealing with mud please allow the mud to dry first before trying to clean.

Our wool felt hats and can be worn throughout all seasons as they are water resistant, warm yet breathable. If it becomes wet, shake off excess water and leave to dry slowly indoors.

We don’t tend to run big sales but you can find seconds/sample hats to buy on our Depop account. 

We care hugely about the feathers we use on our hats. The feathers we use are by-products, they are not from rare or endangered species.
