***Christmas returns and exchange policy - For all purchases between 1st and 21st December 2018, we have extended our returns and exchanges to 14th January 2019***

Posting deadlines to receive your item in time for Christmas:

Wednesday 19th December 12pm - Standard Delivery

Friday 21st December 12pm - Next Day Delivery (you will receive your order on Monday 24th December).

Delivery

Standard delivery to the UK ranges from £2.95 - £5.95 dependant upon the size of the order. Your order will be with you between 3-5 working days.

Next (working) day delivery (if ordered before 12 noon Monday - Thursday) £8.95. Please note if you order after 12 noon on a Thursday, your order will be with you on Monday. 

Delivery within Europe £12.95

Delivery to the rest of the world £20.00.

We do aim to ship all orders same day but please use the above as a guide.

The majority of our parcels are sent via DPD requiring a signature upon delivery. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched with tracking details.

UK orders over £100 receive free standard delivery which is updated automatically at checkout.

Gift Wrapping

Add gift wrapping to your Hicks & Brown purchase making it the ultimate gift to receive and open - £9.95 per item with an option to add a handwritten message at checkout.

Each one is finished using brown Hicks & Brown ribbon with a handwritten card inside. Please note no details of price will be included in the parcel.

Returns and Exchanges

We hope you will be very pleased with your item but appreciate that you may wish to return it for a refund or exchange. We allow up to 21 days from you receiving the item for you to posting it back to us. The item will need to be sent back in the same condition and it must not have been worn or washed.  

To return an item you will need to return it to us with the Returns Form which is inside your parcel or if you have mislaid this, please enclose a note with your order number (on your confirmation email) name, address and telephone number and post to the below address:

Hicks & Brown (Returns/Exchanges), Home Farm House, The Street, Ampton, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 1NY.

Please note that you will be required to pay for postage for your returns parcel. It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us safely and you may wish to use recorded or special delivery as appropriate. A proof of posting will be issued by the Post Office free of charge on request. 

If you wish to exchange the item we will send out the exchange free of charge. We advise to allow approximately ten working days for all exchanges or refunds to be processed.

Upon receipt of the returned items in the condition described above we will refund your money in full less the original postage and packing charges.

Any items returned to us which are not in the condition described above will be sent back to you at your own expense. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns of items that have been damaged in transit because they were incorrectly packaged. If you have not paid the correct postage on a returned parcel resulting in us having to make a payment to the Post Office, then we will deduct the amount paid from the refund due.

If you are returning the item because it is faulty or has been misdescribed please email us first at sales@hicksandbrown.com describing the problem. If you have a valid claim then we will refund the postage and packing costs to you as well. 

These conditions are without prejudice to your general consumer rights when different returns periods may apply for faulty goods. Please note the washing instructions on the garments and observe the temperature limits.

For damaged items that have already been worn, we reserve the right to have the item repaired or issue you with a credit note. 

Please note, if you have purchased your item via one of our stockists you will need to get in touch with them and follow their returns/exchange procedure.
