How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you wish to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once your request has been approved
  • Your return is full trackable so you will be able to see once it has arrived back with us
  • Please note only UK customers are able to return in this way
  • Please send the item/s back in the original box that your order came in, ensuring that the item/s are not squashed and arrive in the same condition that they arrived in. 

What items are returnable?

You can return tems to us within 28 days of purchase providing they meet the below criteria:

  • Must be in original unworn condition with the packaging it came in.
  • The tags must still be attached.

If the items are not as described above we have the right to refuse to refund.

Are there any charges for return?

  • No, we are able to offer free returns to all our customers within the UK.
  • If you have chosen to return your parcel using the Collect Plus option, find your nearest store visit www.collectplus.co.uk/store-locator.
  • If you have chosen to return your parcel using the Evri option, find your nearest store here https://www.evri.com/find-a-parcelshop. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Of course if you wish to choose your own alternative method to send an item back to us (for example via Royal Mail), please feel free to do so. Unfortuantely we are not able to reimburse for this return method unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you include the delivery note inside your parcel and whether you require a refund/exchange and post it to: Hicks & Brown Limited (Returns/Exchanges), Barns & Stables, Timworth Green, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk IP31 1HS. Unfortunately we are unable to accept visitors to our office. 
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the parcel reaches us safely and you may wish to use recorded or special delivery as appropriate. A proof of posting can be issued by the Post Office free of charge on request. 

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days. Alternatively if you have requested an exchange, as long as the item is in stock, we will post the revised item to you, a shipping notification will be sent informing you of its dispatch.
